In a world described as B.A.N.I. – Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, and Incomprehensible – where artificial intelligence advancements are disrupting the world of work and where different generations coexist within teams, technical skills alone are no longer sufficient. Managing knowledge workers becomes ineffective without the ability to collaborate effectively.

L&C Coaching was created in 2023 to address these issues and aims to strengthen team dynamics for collective performance and well-being.

With 25 years of experience in major consulting and auditing firms, I have built a solid career focused on creating services from scratch, managing complex projects, and coordinating high-performing teams. My approach is rooted in optimization and continuous improvement.

Over the years, I have observed that organizational dysfunctions most often stem from underlying human issues. This realization prompted me to obtain a professional coach certification to support company performance through the human element.

In 2019, I founded the internal coaching unit at Grant Thornton, where I had the privilege of coaching many managers and directors, both individually and collectively. The results achieved demonstrate a positive impact on team performance and engagement, as well as their well-being.

My interventions are tailored to the specific needs of each organization and can take the form of individual or group coaching, training sessions, awareness workshops, or customized hybrid formats.
