With years of experience on multiple products, I have a perfect understanding of the challenges you are currently facing - because they are the ones my clients all face. Roadmap management, product vision, impact measurement, and execution steering, I intervene on all levels with concrete action plans that lead to a qualitative result.

I have worked for Hugo Publishing, City Zen, Le Comptoir des Pharmacies, and other products (SaaS, B2B, B2C), always with the same attention to detail.

My role as Director of Operations at ipsoon was structured around 5 pillars:
