Karine Maxi Hanna

After 10 years in humanitarian project coordination and monitoring, I graduated from MJM Graphic Design Paris as an "Interior Architecture Designer", and since 2022 I have been assisting individuals and professionals in designing functional and beautiful interiors that match their needs and personality/identity: living spaces, workspaces, public access buildings. I am passionate about rethinking each space by finding personalized solutions for every need and problem.

Services:

- Project design (APS/APD phases)

- Measurement survey/2D plan creation (Autocad)

- Inspiration and mood boards, material/furniture boards (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop)

- 3D views of designed spaces (Sketchup + Vray realistic rendering)

- Site supervision (Work description/DCE, tender and quote analysis, work supervision and coordination with all service providers)

- Preparation of files and administrative procedures for Prior Declarations/Signage Authorizations/Work Authorizations/Accessibility for public access buildings 5th category (DP/AP/AT) with urban planning departments (town halls/agglomerations)

I am available full-time for short-term assignments or part-time for longer assignments (number of available days to be discussed according to the type and duration of the assignment).
