For over 20 years, I have worked in companies in marketing, communication, and project management roles. This experience has allowed me to understand the challenges of organizations, the functioning of teams, and the challenges faced by managers: communication, leadership, cooperation, change management, and emotional management.

Over the course of my career, one conviction has become clear: the performance of a team relies above all on the quality of human relationships.

Passionate about horses for many years, I chose to combine my two worlds by training in equicoaching. Today, I support leaders, managers, teams, and individuals in developing their behavioral skills through a unique experiential approach.

During the sessions, participants work on foot with the horse, without needing any equestrian knowledge. As a true educational partner, the horse reacts authentically to our posture, our communication, and our consistency. It offers immediate, objective, and non-judgmental feedback, promoting lasting awareness.

Each coaching session is tailor-made according to the client's objectives: developing leadership, strengthening team cohesion, improving communication, managing emotions, gaining confidence, developing relational intelligence, or supporting change.

My business experience allows me to bridge the gap between situations experienced with the horse and real-world realities. My approach is concrete, benevolent, and focused on results that are directly transferable to professional daily life.

I am convinced that the best evolutions do not come from discourse, but from lived experience. This is the strength of equicoaching: revealing talents, strengthening human skills, and enabling everyone to find their rightful place, in service of their success and that of their team.

Equicoaching – Developing human skills through horses

Equicoaching is a method of professional and personal development that uses horses as educational partners. Unlike horse riding, sessions are primarily conducted on foot and require no prior knowledge of horses.

Through concrete simulations, the horse acts as a true behavior revealer. Extremely sensitive to non-verbal communication, it reacts instantly to a person's posture, emotions, consistency, and intentions. It thus provides immediate, sincere, and non-judgmental feedback, promoting awareness that is often faster than traditional training.
