HR & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Management of 180 employees. Oversight of recruitment and structuring of the HR function.

SUPPLY CHAIN & PURCHASING: Audit of logistics processes and optimization of supply chain and purchasing operations.

OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE: Management of 130 sites across 8 departments. Optimization of planning, costs, performance indicators, and quality.
