With20 years of experiencein a large international group, I have developed solid skills in **digital communication**. Responsible for supporting employees in digital transformation, I designed and delivered **training sessions, both in-person and remotely**, on the use of collaborative tools, focusing on change management and skills development.

In parallel, I created two brands dedicated toplant-based gastronomyand managed professional media (blogs, podcast) around this theme. This experience has allowed me to acquire expertise in **editorial strategy, content creation, web writing, and digital marketing**.

With dual experience from both the corporate world and entrepreneurship, I have gained a deep understanding of corporate strategies and the challenges faced by leaders.

Training is a key pillar of my work, which I have been practicing for several years through **coaching and remote training, to support leaders in their communication strategy**.

I also work on missions involvingwriting, proofreading, editing, and designing educational materialsfor schools and training organizations.

I am particularly interested in thesustainable hospitality and catering, well-being, and lifestylesectors, where my expertise in plant-based gastronomy naturally fits, and I remain open to projects on complementary themes.

Of Franco-Portuguese origin, I am fluent in **French and Portuguese**, in addition to English, which I master at a professional level.

I work primarily **remotely, between France and Portugal**, to help leaders structure their ideas and gain clarity.
