My career test reveals my high energy and enthusiasm as well as my ability to motivate others, which naturally makes me inclined to be a leader. However, I am unique in that my leadership style does not involve controlling others. Likewise, I don't like to be controlled.

- I lead by using my strong understanding of others, which gives me the ability to effectively match the talents and abilities of others with appropriate tasks or projects that suit them.

- I tend to have many interests at the same time and am very capable of juggling many interests (or passions) at once.

- However, I need a bit of appreciation and approval from others. But I also like to give that approval and appreciation.

- I have a genuine interest and insight into others and find that I am more energetic when interacting with people.
