Global steering of the development of the business plan and feasibility analysis (functional, human, financial, technical) for the profit center. Finalization of the Build and launch of the Run of a profit center specializing in the trading of heavy goods vehicles and passenger vehicles in Africa. Development of project management methods and tools for the Run phase. Preparation of materials for committees (Steering Committee, Executive Committee). Definition/implementation of client reporting (KPI/dashboards).

Finalization of the Build and launch of the incubator's Run. Development of Project management methods and tools for the Build phase - Proposing a transition to a tool adapted to the Run phase: implementation of methods/processes, IT tools management, Governance (subjects to be handled by the executive side). Budget monitoring. Steering the resolution of incidents or operational issues to be handled with business experts (Marketplace, IT). Structuring an Open Innovation roadmap for R&D and developing an open innovation strategy.

Steering of the "OAM" program and the "Subsidiaries" program (€10 million). Preparation of materials for program committees (Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Steering Committee, Project Committee, Program Committee, PI Planning, Kick-off, Go/No Go). Management of a team of 16 project managers for the execution of a set of priority projects aligned with the strategies of the operational groups (53 projects). Construction of annual roadmaps and provisional budgets. Support for project managers during workshops to help them identify project deliverables, milestones, task dependencies, and the critical path. Support for 5 project managers to assist in developing partnerships with fintechs, banks, and money transfer operators, essential relays in the transfer ecosystem. Supervision of 7 multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, and prototyping. Implementation of new processes, including the deployment of training (for 175 employees).
