I completed my first internship at AFPA on the St Jean de Védas campus within the automotive mechanics department from January 13 to January 31, 2014.

I joined the Automotive After-Sales Technician (TAVA) training program, which had started a week before my arrival. (Level IV training)

As I had no specific requests, I conducted a needs analysis by studying the context and characteristics of the audience, consulting the certification and training frameworks, and observing existing pedagogical methods.

I also took into account my own internship objectives as well as institutional needs.

By consulting the training framework for Automotive After-Sales Technicians, I selected 2 sessions that I could lead based on my skills and professional experience.

I developed and led 2 group training sessions:

• the first on 01/28/2014, with the main theme being the quote.

• the second on 01/30/2014, concerning the repair order.
