2. Specification of the architecture and necessary data

(hardware, protocols, semantic data model, and Linked Data integration).

3. Hardware and software prototyping: creation of a functional prototype.

4. Data valorization and interoperability: semantic modeling, data structuring, Linked Data publication if necessary, to ensure the interoperability, scalability, and reusability of your solution.

5. Testing, iterations, and validation: functional (WDIO) and technical tests, successive adjustments, prototype documentation, and preparation for an industrialization or demonstration phase (POC, MVP).

6. Support for industrialization: advice on technological choices, robustness, security, scalability, and transition to larger-scale production.
