As a mentor, I supported over twenty students towards the success of their degree, organizing weekly 45-minute video conferences to guide them in correcting their deliverables and help them overcome difficulties. My role as a mentor included in-depth review of work, offering personalized advice, and providing support in managing their academic projects. Additionally, I acted as an evaluator for other students' training programs, offering constructive feedback and recommendations to improve their learning and overall performance.
