Trained in facilitating pedagogical sequences in a professional environment, I offer companies the following interventions:

I help children, teenagers, and adults to manage their emotions and (re)gain self-confidence, so they can connect with themselves and the world around them. I see clients individually in my office in Lorient. I also offer thematic workshops regularly, as well as sophrology walks once a month in the forest or by the sea. I am committed to offering everyday sophrology, by providing practices that can be used in both professional and personal life.
