Coordination between sales, operations, and finance

Supply chain administration for Lonza Bornem site, which produces empty hard gelatin capsules that are filled with medicines or nutritional supplements by companies in the pharmaceutical and health sector.

Import of capsules produced at other sites, Order validation, handling of returns, creation of samples and necessary forms.

Complete administration in SAP.

Responsible for the planning and coordination of international transports, including organization of logistical flows and the correct preparation and processing of customs formalities and export documentation according to applicable legislation.
