For over 10 years, I have been advising companies at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and organizational development. My professional journey has taken me through various roles – from consulting and the energy industry to the food retail sector. Always with the goal of shaping climate protection and sustainability holistically and effectively.

For example, I develop and implement climate strategies, support ESG reporting processes, and build organizational structures for sustainable transformations. I place particular emphasis on sound data analysis, transparent communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

As an independent consultant, I support companies and organizations of all kinds in effectively integrating sustainability into business models, structures, processes, and corporate culture – in a practical and impact-oriented manner.
