At JLL, I led global data & analytics delivery for Fortune 500 clients including Amazon and Google — building and managing teams of 20+ specialists and running an analytics practice generating $8M+ in annual revenue across multiple technologies and platforms. I consistently drove improvements in delivery speed and quality across global data projects, achieving a 30% reduction in average delivery time.

At Linklaters, I built a Data & Operations Hub from scratch — scaling from 7 to 17 people in six months. I established data management and analytics capabilities where none existed before.
