⏺ Retail:

As part of the project to migrate various websites to a new platform, I was responsible for ensuring software quality and participated in several brainstorming sessions for product improvement.

- Definition of test strategy using the QQOQCP method

- Participation in various ceremonies (Kick-Off, Daily, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Demonstration)

- Analysis and design of test cases

As part of the "Doityourself" project, within the R&D department, I was responsible for a team of 3 QAs and the quality of products delivered to Production.

Sprint development cycle:

- Analysis of inputs (US, functional specification file, requirements document)

- Participation and facilitation of meetings (GO / NO GO, Kick-Off, agile ceremonies)

- Implementation of acceptance case writing per US in BDD (gherkin)

- Creation of test data sets

- Functional test execution

- Execution on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari...) and different OS (Windows, macOS, IOS, Android...)

- Creation of anomalies and qualification of their severity level

- Monitoring the lifecycle of anomalies, collaborating with the DEV Team for their resolution and validation of fixes

- Pre-validation and validation of "Done" with the PO

Acceptance Testing:

- Definition of test strategy using the 6W method

- Design of the test book

- Management of schedules, monitoring test progress, and adjusting efforts

- Validation of delivery by acceptance case

- Execution of tests, non-regression tests, confirmation tests

- Reporting anomalies, researching their causes, evaluating their consequences, and proposing corrective and evolutionary actions

- Management and prioritization of anomalies

- Writing and presentation of the campaign report to the concerned stakeholders

Other:

- Definition of critical tests per product to establish a quality regression test suite
