Ensuring the Scrum framework and its proper adherence

Continuously improving velocity, quality, and predictability of deliveries

Contributing to the Agile maturity of the team and organization

Tracking Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time, quality)

Facilitating team dynamics and managing tense or conflict situations

Tracking dashboards (Sprint Backlog, Burndown/Burnup charts, Kanban)

Retrospective reports and continuous improvement action plans

Roadmaps and Agile reporting for stakeholders

Agile training and awareness materials

Main tasks and activities

Monitoring and managing a project portfolio (schedule, costs, resources, risks)

Establishing and facilitating project governance meetings (steering committees, project committees)

Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project performance indicators

Coordinating project managers and providing methodological support

Tracking progress, identifying deviations, and proposing remediation plans

Contributing to the improvement of project management processes

Responsibilities

Ensuring the project management methodology and standards

Reliability of reporting and support for management decision-making

Managing inter-project dependencies and prioritizing arbitration

Anticipating and managing risks, alerts, and escalations

Support for capacity planning and budget management

Committee support materials (Steering Committee, operational committees)

Methodological templates and repositories (schedule, risks, RACI)

Workload plans and budget tracking

Management of international commercial operations: prospecting, negotiation, and client follow-up. Organization and logistical coordination of goods flow for import and export. Preparation of quotes, management of customs documents, and administrative follow-up of orders. Development and retention of an international client portfolio. Commercial watch and analysis of foreign markets to optimize sales.
