As a Business Partner, I regularly intervene in several companies through recurring and/or occasional freelance mission letters since 2019.

My clients come from diverse sectors such as industry, electronics, construction, tourism, catering, etc.

My intervention process begins with an audit to establish an internal and external diagnosis. Then, through a detailed financial analysis, I determine the issues facing the company.

I then propose adapted and personalized solutions to the managers.

Needs may include setting up a Business Plan, a financial report, or supporting managers in the search for external growth (mergers/acquisitions).

From a technical point of view, I manage the activity of these companies by implementing my own monitoring tools (Dashboards, matrices, ...). This allows me to analyze the profitability, financial balances, working capital requirement, financing capacity, cash flow, and investments of my clients.

In some cases, I also assist managers in commercial development, human resources management, and in resolving internal conflicts between employees.

I organize regular meetings with the managers and the company's partners (chartered accountants, notaries, ...) on the actions to be taken. I hold general meetings (employees and managers) to set the course.

Surrounded by specialized partners (tax lawyers, statutory auditors, banks, etc.), I help the companies I work with by making their projects reliable.
