In the 'Microsoft Fabric Consulting' project, the focus was on the introduction, optimization, and further development of the Microsoft Fabric platform after a migration from TARGIT. This included in particular the Fabric architecture in Sales Reporting, the conception of Dataflows, Datamarts, Data Warehouses, and semantic models, as well as the integration of Navision/Business Central data. In addition, training was provided to management and employees in the use and development of Power BI-based solutions to ensure a sustainable, performant, and maintainable BI infrastructure.

In the 'Development of Power BI KPI Dashboard' project, enercity AG was supported in an advisory and operational capacity in building a central Power BI reporting environment. The focus was on the design and configuration of the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric infrastructure, the migration of existing Tableau reports, the connection of heterogeneous data sources, and the definition of governance, rollout, and operational processes. Additionally, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and support for the involved business and IT stakeholders were provided.
