I support companies in mechanical and plant engineering in meaningfully integrating AI applications into technical sales, service, and training. My focus is not on programming, but on the practical connection of process understanding, AI application knowledge, and employee empowerment.

Through my experience as a Technical Trainer in an international industrial environment, I am familiar with the interfaces between sales, product management, service, and technology. I understand how complex technical products need to be sold, trained, and communicated internally. This is exactly where I come in: analyzing existing processes, identifying meaningful AI use cases, and developing concrete improvements for everyday work.

Typical topics include AI potential analyses, process optimization in technical sales, prompt engineering for sales and service teams, training on ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and support for change processes when introducing new AI tools.

My goal is to make AI understandable, usable, and economically relevant for technical companies, without unnecessary complexity and without unrealistic promises.
