• Redesigned the international licensing development strategy (commercial, logistical, and marketing) – managing 11 countries – in 6 months, with the addition of 3 new countries.

• Managed a team of 5 project managers, led projects with cross-functional teams based in Europe (sales, marketing, and technical teams), and managed clients directly.

• Coordinated all operational and logistical aspects, managed the budget and calls for tender.

• Implemented tracking and planning tools to ensure event delivery on time.

• Revamped the strategy for conferences and awards ceremonies with new scenography and visual identity. Results: higher quality events and a 15% increase in sponsors.

• Organized and revamped complex events: e.g., the Moniteur Innovation Day congress and its regional adaptation: 67% attendance rate versus registered attendees and nearly 50 sponsors managed.

• Managed 3 project managers and led sales, marketing, and logistics teams.

• Managed clients directly and handled budgets (project oversight from start to finish, expense control…).
