Creation and Management of the Compliance Department: Created and managed the Compliance department, defining and implementing the compliance strategy in France, ensuring rigorous adherence to local and global regulations. Team Management and Supervision: Managed a team of 13 internal auditors based across France, ensuring effective supervision of internal inspections and smooth communication. Analysis and Strategic Planning: Precisely analyzed audit results and created strategic action plans to improve compliance and safety standards. Training and Best Practices: Produced training materials and shared best practices for all sites, reinforcing the compliance culture.
