Responsible for coordinating all promotional operations across a network of nearly 100 stores (Jardiland, Gamm Vert). Managed an average of 3 operations per month simultaneously, totaling approximately 36 operations per year, involving up to 900 product references for major events like Christmas.

Coordinated with various internal stakeholders (buyers, communication, data department) and external parties (suppliers), monitored schedules and deadlines, produced POS materials, and wrote and distributed a weekly newsletter for the stores.

Following my manager's departure, I managed the role entirely autonomously before training and integrating my successor.

Continuing from my internship, I evolved to full autonomy in my tasks within Teract's marketing department. Daily management of product data on the ERP system, coordination of promotional operations, and supplier follow-up.

Following the absence of a regional product manager, I independently took over the complete management of the regional "Festif" operation: product selection, negotiation of promotions and samples with suppliers, organization and supervision of photo shoots, and production of associated materials.

Within Teract's marketing department, I assisted the product manager for the grocery and liquid categories. I participated in the coordination of major promotional operations such as "Festif" and the "Wine Fair," managed and validated product data via ERP, coordinated with suppliers for the collection of product visuals and descriptions, and represented the company at trade shows.
