I offer many years of consulting experience in the field of digitalization in the insurance, health insurance, healthcare, assistance/service companies and related areas. In recent years, I have specialized in the digitalization and optimization of processes in existing business and claims in the areas of health insurance, company health insurance and retirement provision.

The projects always involved the development of technical contexts, goals and strategies in close cooperation with the business department and the IT department.

Through suitable data collection methods such as individual interviews, group work or plenary moderation, I am quickly able to present technical contexts appropriately and understandably. The application of agile project methods is standard. My profound IT training in the insurance sector with a business postgraduate degree in the USA helps me to lead mixed teams of business and IT experts to project success.
