Formerly an employee at Paris 2024, I managed the Games' Big Sales program, one of the organizing committee's second-life strategy components. I led each facet of this project: legal and budgetary framework, definition of the communication plan and artistic direction, political negotiations, team management during the field phase, meeting facilitation during the 6 months of work,...

It was thanks to my preliminary work in facilitating and developing the Terre de Jeux 2024 Label that I was able to recruit local authorities with whom to work on the sales, and successfully complete this project.

Previously, I worked at the Palais de Tokyo as the institution's CSR manager. My work was organized around these 3 pillars:

- Carbon footprint calculation, study of the most significant emission sources, and development of the decarbonization strategy;

- Awareness-raising for employees and visitors: newsletter, materials in the exhibition space,...

- Facilitation of an inter-institutional working group - which included, among others, the Louvre, the Paris Opera, Paris Musées, the National Museum of Natural History,...
