About Justine

I have been involved in the creation and improvement of online interfaces for 10 years. My goal: to create experiences and interactions that meet both the company's objectives and the users' needs.

I collaborate with your team, whether in a company or an agency, and bring your users' perspective to the heart of your designs. As an expert in applying Design Thinking principles, I propose UX methodologies and tools adapted to your needs and challenges. Depending on the stage of your project, I lead the following design phases:

🕵️‍♀️ UX Research and Strategy – I use your company's available resources to uncover users' needs and challenges: individual interviews, user testing, audit of your existing platforms, data reports, benchmarks… I formulate a strategy and produce user-centered frameworks (personas, user journeys) to guide the ideation and design phases.

👩‍🔧 Interface Design – I translate identified needs and problems into digital interfaces and content. Throughout this process, I work on information architecture, content hierarchy, and interface design, delivering sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

🤹‍♀️ Collaborative Ideation and Workshops – I collaborate with all project stakeholders, whether it's your client, your design team, or your developers. I facilitate workshops designed for your team to collectively imagine solutions to identified design challenges. I support this collaborative process by documenting the project's foundations to ensure continuity over time and among project members.

  • Ralph Lauren Home
    Senior UX Designer
    LUXURY GOODS
    September 2020 - May 2021 (8 months)
    Londres, United Kingdom
For the redesign of its digital flagship, Ralph Lauren Home sought to enhance its premium in-store and online shopping experience while showcasing the customization possibilities of its furniture.

Two concepts were imagined – a ‘Room Planner’ and a personalized ‘Inspiration Feed’ – to address the challenges of three distinct user types: a Customer seeking individual and personalized guidance, a Ralph Lauren Advisor needing to visualize customization options and provide premium service, and an Interior Designer looking for a detailed product catalog compatible with their own work tools.

As part of a multidisciplinary design team at UNIT9, and in collaboration with an UX Lead, I defined and managed the entire UX process for the project:

🧭 UX Strategy and Research – Preparation and management of user interviews. Definition of the analytical framework for competitive audit. Facilitation of remote workshops with the client. Creation of the research report including personas, user journeys, benchmark of five key competitors, and UX strategy articulated around six pillars addressing business and user challenges.

💡 Concept and Feature Ideation – Structuring and facilitation of brainstorming sessions around the strategic pillars and user journeys identified in the research phase. Definition of seven concepts and categorization of over 250 potential features. Facilitation of a voting session with the client, during which two key concepts were selected.

🚀 Wireframe Creation – Design of the selected concepts, including the definition of user flows, grouping of features into task flows, and the creation and annotation of wireframes on Figma.

  • KitKat
    Senior UX Designer
    AGRICULTURE
    March 2019 - June 2019 (3 months)
    Londres, United Kingdom
At the Mirum agency in London, I worked in tandem with an UI Designer to conceptualize the digital version of the KitKat Chocolatory pop-up store. The result: an e-commerce platform with innovative customization features, enabling users to create unique KitKat bars, assemble their own assortments, and discover limited-edition creations by KitKat.

I was responsible for embedding the experiential strategy throughout the platform's creation, facilitating user-centered thinking, and defining the structure and interactions for the entire site:

🤖 Information Architecture – Definition of the sitemap and main user flows to structure KitKat Chocolatory's complex offering into an understandable and easy-to-navigate digital journey.

👩‍🔬 Prototypes and User Testing – Usability testing of wireframes that combined unique customization functionalities with standard e-commerce-inspired interactions.

👊 Collaborative Design – Collaboration with clients, a UI Designer, and a development team to deliver a complete design system and clickable prototypes supported by detailed technical annotations.
