About Justine

Hello, I'm Justine, a Global Communication Manager with a particular fondness for event, culture, and lifestyle topics!

Originally from Toulouse, I've been living on the Landes coast for two years (🤙) but I'm not afraid to take my skills elsewhere (or even to other countries). I'm available for your communication projects!

I often say that my job is to solve problems, because with my ten years of experience, I know that strategy, organization, and project management are the foundation of any good communication.

Regarding my experience, I discovered communication ten years ago through blogging and social media before pursuing a communication school curriculum between Toulouse and Paris. Then, I worked as a communication officer for a well-known concert venue/club in Toulouse. Afterward, I had a triple experience as a communication and production project manager for an event agency + music label + visual production studio. My last salaried job brought me back to an event venue, Interference in Toulouse in 2022, where I was the B2B/B2C communication manager.

As a freelancer for the past three years, I've collaborated with about thirty clients on the support, construction, and deployment of their global strategies, with a significant focus on digital, but also public relations and events. Among them are a yoga studio, an audio content production agency, a show producer, a naturopath, restaurants/bars, and a festival. And of course, recently, the launch of the hybrid event venue mentioned earlier, which I left in September 2025 to focus on developing my professional life in the Landes region where I've been living for two years!

After a busy 2024/2025 season, I am now looking for new projects: don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your communication challenges 🙋🏻‍♀️

  • BLEU CITRON
    Local Promotion & Partnerships Officer
    CULTURE
    May 2024 - August 2025 (1 year and 3 months)
    Capbreton, France
Supporting the internal teams of Bleu Citron based in Toulouse, this mission took place in several phases:

✖️ **May -> August 2024**: An initial collaboration as a test, providing local promotion support for about ten dates (concerts and shows) at Le Tube (Seignosse) and La Gare du Midi (Biarritz).

✖️ **2024-2025 Season (September -> June)**: Following the successful initial collaboration, I was entrusted with managing local promotion and budgets for about thirty dates (concerts and shows) between the Landes and Basque Country (Le Tube in Seignosse, Salle Lauga in Bayonne, and La Gare du Midi in Biarritz), Béarn (Zénith de Pau), and Toulouse (Zénith Toulouse-Métropole and Halle Aux Grains).

✖️ **Summer 2025 (June -> August)**: A final phase of preparation and launch of local promotion and budgets for about fifty dates (concerts and shows) between the Landes and Basque Country (Le Tube in Seignosse, Salle Lauga in Bayonne, and La Gare du Midi in Biarritz), Béarn (Zénith de Pau), and Toulouse (Zénith Toulouse-Métropole and Halle Aux Grains) for the upcoming 2025-2026 season.

In summary, I took over ongoing projects to monitor and/or coordinate and launch the promotion of these dates until the D-day: press and media relations, local and media partnership research, campaign monitoring, digital communication actions (targeted newsletters, social media) and reporting, public relations, administrative and accounting follow-up before and after the events.

A very intense and exciting project management role where, like in most of my experiences, I had to juggle different targets and audiences, as well as different stakeholders (artist productions, venues, municipalities). And adapt accordingly!

  • Little Festival 2025
    Communication Coordinator
    CULTURE
    December 2024 - August 2025 (8 months)
    Capbreton, France
Le Little Festival is THE unmissable summer electronic music event in the south of the Landes region since 2017. Familiar with the event and the organizing team, DFLG, whom I've met at various events for almost ten years, I joined the LF2025 adventure with great enthusiasm as communication coordinator!

As the interface between management and operational teams, my main mission was to oversee all communication-related matters: public relations, digital (website, ad campaigns, and social media), and to coordinate the various key moments. I had an overall communication budget to allocate across different areas, along with tracking and planning the communication timeline for this festival edition.

In parallel, I was also responsible for the operational aspects of distribution and advertising with the institutions concerned by the event: MACS community of agglomeration, Capbreton Town Hall, Seignosse Town Hall, and Hossegor Town Hall.

Looking forward to next year and the festival's 10th anniversary 🥳
