Trainer and business development consultant, I support professionals in well-being, aesthetics, and automotive sectors in structuring, optimizing, and upgrading their services.

My expertise is based on a versatile and performance-oriented background: a degree in international business specializing in sustainable development, field experience within a very small enterprise (VSE) to develop its sales channels, clientele, and revenue, followed by a period in banking where I managed client portfolios and renegotiated mortgage loans.

I then worked for an insurer to develop the banking side, and moved to a real estate agency to optimize prospecting, client acquisition, and commercial performance.

This common thread — developing, structuring, making profitable — naturally led me to entrepreneurship: creating a ready-to-wear brand, co-developing a car center, then creating my own care practice and training academy (well-being & automotive).

Today, I focus on three key levers:

• High-end technical training: 100% manual body & face protocols, rapid skill development, improvement of the client experience, construction of profitable and differentiating treatments.

• Strategic support: structuring offers, profitability optimization, premium client experience, implementation of effective processes.

• Business development: creation or redesign of services, center development, positioning, image, loyalty, and measurable growth.
