Despite the distance from France, I continue to be full of ideas to develop sports, and more particularly Gymnastics (my favorite sport) in my native Alsace.

Latest project? A Masterclass with Olympic gymnast Aline Friess, in Haguenau on October 14th!

This project had been brewing in the back of my mind for a few years, so I decided to contact the Bas-Rhin Gymnastics Departmental Committee to pitch it to them... success, they approved!

I was able to manage... literally the entire project:

- Project management from A to Z: creation of the Masterclass project, planning, contact with various stakeholders, budget management, satisfaction survey

- Event communication: creation of the project's graphic charter, creation and management of web content, community management, press relations, mailing campaigns, ... my favorite part!

- Not to mention the creation and ordering of merchandise, hours spent on the phone (WhatsApp is my friend), dozens of emails exchanged with project stakeholders, the implementation of a post-event satisfaction survey that brought me back to my marketing studies... in short, pure joy!

The best part of all this? This was only the first in a long series of gymnastics masterclasses: because yes, the project was a hit!

- Digital communication, community management: strategy, community management and animation, brand monitoring, competitive monitoring, ...

- Social media content production: photos, videos, web writing, ...

- Public relations and press (writing articles and relations with local press, development of a sponsorship strategy, ...).

- Event coordination: planning, organization, liaison with service providers, communication strategy.
