Justine Baranger

I had the pleasure of working with Justine as Art Director on a project to illustrate and animate three motion design videos for internal use. These videos aimed to playfully explain our work rituals and methods to our employees. Justine brilliantly translated all our ideas, even the most complex, into clear, impactful, and easily understandable visuals for our users. She impressed us with her ability to question, synthesize complex information, and leverage her expertise to provide relevant recommendations for improving the final deliverable. Justine was highly responsive in our exchanges and was a true source of proposals, bringing innovative ideas at every stage of the project, all with good humor and an excellent rapport with her various interlocutors.
