I design my consulting services according to individual customer requirements through innovative solution approaches with the aim of unlocking sustainable optimization potential. Consulting based on prefabricated concepts and solutions or a focus on short-term one-off effects does not align with my approach to responsible and sustainable consulting. An analysis of the current situation forms the basis for my consulting approach and the concrete proposed measures. Together with my clients, I develop and define clear goals for the successful implementation of suitable measures for the individual situation. Ongoing monitoring ensures that goals are achieved transparently and sustainably. Customer benefit is always the focus.

The Munich location strategy for 1,200 workstations after 2020 had to be created promptly to generate options for action. My task of developing the location options and the cost-benefit analysis formed the basis for the board's decision in favor of a scenario. To this end, I significantly contributed to the negotiation of the contract and the development of the technical specifications for two location options.

A massive reduction in Corporate Real Estate costs in Munich was to be achieved. Through my sub-project management in the project for the planned location consolidation, the introduction of desk sharing for 1,500 people could be achieved. With cost-benefit analyses, project controlling, planning of the necessary IT through the agreement of operational agreements up to interviews with the board, I was able to contribute to the successful implementation.

I helped shape the development of a global Corporate Real Estate strategy for the Allianz Group to unlock unused potential across the entire owner-occupied portfolio (approx. 2,500 locations globally). Planning and implementation of workshops, integrating the worldwide local units, led to the definition of key elements. I helped prepare the subsequent decision by the Allianz Group's board to carry out a global portfolio optimization of Corporate Real Estate. I co-designed the resulting development and rollout of a country-based concept. I was responsible for planning and implementation in Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and the USA. In total, a reduction of 15% could be achieved across a portfolio of approximately 2.1 million m² of space (mainly offices).

To monitor the strategy and interests of the Allianz Group for owner-occupied sites and spaces, I was responsible for the approval, review, and support of local real estate transactions worldwide.
