Are you looking for someone who not only plans complex IT and product projects but also reliably brings them to completion – from the initial idea to rollout? That has been my driving force for over 25 years.

It all started at 14 when I got into IT out of pure curiosity. What fascinated me then still drives me today: the question of how to solve a problem really well – cleanly, thoughtfully, and in a way that the solution will still hold up tomorrow. This passion has led to a career as CTO, CEO, and Program Lead, with 17 years of experience in the USA and projects at BMW, Audi/VW/Porsche, MAN, Samsung, Wells Fargo, and in regulated banking and insurance environments.

My added value for you: I take responsibility for demanding transformations, product developments, and rollouts – with C-level communication skills, technically deep enough to contribute ideas, and structured enough to get large, distributed teams (up to 150 people, on- and nearshore) to deliver.

What makes me special: I love teamwork – facilitating workshops, resolving escalations, jointly striving for the best solution. But I also enjoy working concentratedly in my "quiet room" to truly think through architectures, concepts, and strategies. This mix of team player and tinkerer is my recipe for success.
