    As a pioneer from the very beginning and always leading by example, I successfully established and organized this startup company in D/A/CH for the direct and indirect sales organization in all aspects.

    Strategically and conceptually developed and crucially developed operationally with extreme success.

    Managed, developed, and thus led to top results in direct and indirect sales channels (Channel Partners/Resellers, Industry/Key Accounts/Retail, Insurance/Banks, Hospitals/Universities/Data Centers, Municipalities/Associations, Authorities/Schools).

    Hired, qualified, managed, and further developed employees in the Channel, Account, and Key Account business areas.

    Also established the middle management level with the additional opening of a branch in Munich.

    2*** Mandate/Goal: To structure, strategically and conceptually rebuild the project management and overall sales departments of the startup company (Direct Business/Industrial Business, Specialty Retail Organizations/Cooperatives-Associations/Sales Representatives, Service Providers, Key Account Business, and Public Authorities).

    Furthermore, to take over and successfully implement personnel search/selection, onboarding/training, education/qualification measures, and the further development/promotion of the personnel structure throughout the company (including middle management levels; department and division management levels).

    To provide advisory support to the management level of the branches/headquarters in Düsseldorf.


    Results:
    1*** After six months, led the Rhein-Main region from 8th place (last) to 1st place nationwide with 105% of the target achieved and 126 locations.

    2*** Target achievement of 145% and thus successfully sold over 80,000 D2 SIM cards with hardware products through all sales channels.
