As an Agile Coach, I support the cultural transformation strategy towards agility at a country level (Spain and Portugal), focusing on areas such as Operations and Sales among the main ones. Guiding individuals and teams on their development path to become self-sufficient and high-performing teams; promoting a culture of feedback (Radical Candor) by creating a psychologically safe environment; and supporting and encouraging managers to foster agile culture and practices by adopting a Lean Agile leadership style (Scaled Agile). As an SM, I supported +7 teams, a total of +31 people located in different countries in Iberia and Latam, who execute innovation projects based on demand from various countries. From the Agile transformation management, we lead the Agile transformation with: coaching, training, facilitation of ceremonies: Dailys, Review, Planning, Retro, and support for Squads and Product Teams. Facilitate agile management through the Scrum and Kanban framework, backlog refinement by PO, impediment management and resolution, facilitate communication between the PO and Dev Team. Implementation and development of the SAFE scaling process, PI Planning ceremony for +25 teams distributed across Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Peru.
