1. Individual public speaking trainings: gain seniority and assertiveness
A personalized coaching aimed at developing more impactful and confident public speaking. The areas of focus are adjusted and more or less in-depth depending on the individual:
– Non-verbal communication: eye contact, posture, gestures, breathing, stress and space management
– Paraverbal communication: intonations, vocal volume, rhythm (speed-ups, slow-downs, pauses), ability to generate buy-in and emotion
– Verbal communication: structuring a clear and precise message according to the audience, awareness of figures of speech and rhetorical tools that can be used
Objectives: capture the audience's attention, assert professional posture and gain confidence.
2. Corporate theater sessions – collective approach
(Groups of 3 to 4 people, 1-hour sessions)
The sessions are based on collective improvisation exercises prepared in advance.
