Personnel administration: drafting contracts, DPAE, probation period monitoring, exit management (STC, certificates...). Time and absence tracking (annual leave, RTT, sick leave, maternity, work accidents). Proximity HR consulting for notaries and employees: daily support on regulatory and social issues. Updating employee files and mandatory registers. Participation in improving internal HR procedures: document digitization, structuring administrative processes.

Proactively source candidates (job postings, job boards, referrals, social networks, headhunting...). Write job ads and ensure their dissemination on specialized websites and within APSIDE. Receive CVs and select those matching the required profile. Conduct job interviews, highlighting the APSIDE employee experience (onboarding, training, career management, offboarding). Administer tests and participate in candidate selection. Track applications (emails, pre-qualifications, phone interview feedback, candidate responses...). Analyze and utilize data provided by job boards (recruitment effectiveness evaluation, reporting...).
