Who am I?

First, I will start with my personality because it defines who we are the most.

Optimistic and sunny by nature, I have always had a great appetite for active listening and providing solutions to people around me.

At 35 years old, I have 10 years of experience in management, training, recruitment, and HR, in various sectors such as luxury, consulting firms, and law firms.

Throughout my career, I have been boosted by the feeling of making an impact at a certain point in the lives of those around me, both professionally and personally.

I decided a year ago to embark on the great entrepreneurial adventure, the famous one... :) with a beautiful baby named MPMomentum.

As a result of several months of research by recruitment and psychology professionals, MPM has created its own tests for identifying profiles and segmenting skills.

The MPM team has mobilized recognized business leaders and professionals from various sectors to build its own methodology for constructing a "skills portfolio". This portfolio is built from the beginning of the assessment, and the beneficiary can build their "projected" portfolio.

The introspection work, also called skills assessment, allows us to confront, on the one hand, the real knowledge of one's skills and know-how to date and those that can be acquired, with one's professional fulfillment project, to be defined according to objective methods.

We are sometimes our own worst advisor when it comes to talking about our own ambitions.
