Management of 2 digital projects aimed at transforming the customer experience across 5 regions through innovative solutions: Smart tag and Visiodome. Scoping and coordination of stakeholders (integrators, business units, markets, and agencies) to ensure strategic alignment and local execution. Delivery monitoring: needs gathering, prioritization, go/no-go validation tests, and go-live, bug tracking until resolution. Post-deployment performance analysis, market support, and continuous improvement recommendations. Participation in CRM & e-commerce projects aimed at improving customer experience and strengthening omnichannel capabilities.

Guarantor of site performance and optimization (SFCC): Co-construction and implementation of the omnichannel animation plan. Optimization of e-merchandising and product recommendations. E-commerce project management: CRO recommendations, UX/UI roadmap development, user story writing, testing, releases, A/B Tests. E-Commerce performance analysis through KPI monitoring to achieve set business objectives. SEO optimization: Monitoring & implementation of best practices. Management of the e-store team (2 people). Key projects: Page redesigns (HP, PDP, PLP..), checkout feature additions (PSP, delivery methods), mobile application, immersive landing page, omnichannel gift card.
