As the founder of my HSE consulting firm, I am passionate about developing innovative and tailor-made solutions to help companies ensure safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplaces.

In my company, I offer a comprehensive range of specialized services, including:

1. HSE Consulting: I collaborate with companies to develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs tailored to their specific needs. This includes risk identification, crisis management, regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.

As a project manager, I had the privilege of independently leading the deployment of an innovative tool, "Opti-conduite," designed to reduce environmental costs and promote more economical and environmentally friendly driving for drivers in the Normandy region and Paris Saint-Lazare.

My role was crucial in:

Change Management: I orchestrated the change process by implementing strategies to raise awareness and mobilize drivers around the need to adopt greener and more economical driving practices, aligned with the company's sustainability goals.

Deployment Management: I led the deployment of the "Opti-conduite" tool, ensuring that each step was focused on reducing emissions and environmental costs. This involved close coordination with operational teams, performance monitoring, and continuous system optimization.

This project allowed me to demonstrate my ability to align operational objectives with environmental imperatives, while effectively mobilizing teams around a common vision of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

As an engineer in the environmental department responsible for the Normandy region, I had the opportunity to work on crucial missions aimed at ensuring the compliance of hazardous products, particularly in the ATEX context, in accordance with current standards and regulations for all Norman Technical Centers.

My main missions included:

Ensuring compliance of hazardous products: I played a key role in monitoring and applying standards and regulations for hazardous products, ensuring that all operations in the Norman Technical Centers comply with ATEX standards and other relevant regulations.
