For over 25 years, I have been supporting individuals and teams in successfully navigating their changes, whether in terms of individual skill development, collective intelligence, or transformation projects. Convinced that human and organizational development go hand in hand, I leverage my skills as a coach, trainer, and consultant to serve leaders, managers, and their employees.

I draw on a solid 13-year experience as an employee in the management consulting sector, reaching positions of mission director.

Then, for over 15 years, as an independent professional, I have been involved in professional coaching (executives, managers, teams, organizations), training in change management and soft skills, and all levers contributing to managerial support and transformations (co-development, facilitation in collective intelligence).
