As a freelance Community Manager, I offer:

- Implementation of adapted strategies (digital, marketing…)

- Analysis of obtained results and implementation of improvement solutions

- Photo and video shooting for content creation

- Setup and monitoring of monitoring (competitive, informational…)

- Development of editorial plans

I worked in this position for two years during my BTS (Higher Technician Certificate).

It was a work-study program, which was very enriching and allowed me to learn about various roles within the SNCF.

Whether on the ground or in the office, I learned the job of a railway worker, as well as the roles of assistant manager and human resources.

I chose to enter this field for personal reasons.

I learned to acquire new skills such as customer relations, listening, empathy, and sales. But I also learned a new, fascinating and very rewarding profession.
