Scope: Company P&L (€60M Net Rev, 250 employees, 5 business units)

• Report directly into the CEO and assist private equity fund in the process of fundraise and due diligence

• Manage full P&L and drive pan-European financial planning (commercial and operational), in-year and long-range, including risks and opportunities, variance analysis, story-telling and overall alignment to and execution of corporate goals

• Set up complex financial reporting structures, tools and models from scratch to support business clarity and decision-making

• Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders towards strategic alignment and trade-offs

• Develop an inclusive, diverse and international team

Scope: Western Europe Digital P&L (FY22: $150M Net Rev, +20% YoY growth)

• Own, lead and evolve end-to-end financial planning cycles (in-year & longer-term) and reporting tools

• Leverage gross margin analysis to identify levers of profitability (strategic sourcing, supply chain & transport efficiencies)

• Partner with and drive accountability among cross-functional digital teams to deliver plan and flag risks and opportunities

• Articulate storytelling and showcase digital financials in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (to CFO, GMs)

Scope: Western Europe P&L (FY21: $550M Net Rev)

• Implement complex demand & supply-chain models to support leadership decisions in uncertain context (COVID-19, Brexit)

• Anticipate inventory risks (e.g. inventory build of slow movers) and drive mitigation plans (e.g. liquidation strategy)

• Lead financial planning cycles (in-year, long-range); provide guidance/targets to business and consolidate regional P&L

• Present monthly financials and explain deviations to plan to executive leadership `
