What I do concretely:

I handle recruitment from A to Z—from defining the need to integrating the candidate. I design and structure your HR processes: onboarding, professional interviews, training plan monitoring, skills management, and WFPMS. I also support your employees and managers daily, including in tense or conflict situations, with the perspective and goodwill of an external intervener.

What sets me apart:

My dual HR and coaching positioning allows me to go beyond the process. I can read what's happening within a team, identify what's blocking progress, and support both individuals and organizations. I state things clearly, without political games, because I have no internal stakes.
