I have a Master's degree in Digital Marketing & Commerce and have worked for several years in companies on various projects, which allowed me to put into practice the knowledge acquired during my higher education: web marketing, mock-up creation, CMS management, HTML language, visibility optimization, and strategic analysis.

After living in the United States for two years, my creativity and open-mindedness allow me to go further and imagine ever more adapted solutions. I also bring an objective perspective on the actions to be taken.

With 8 years of experience in commerce, customer service is a true passion for me. Human contact, communication, and the quality of customer relationships are essential in my way of working.
