My clients are mainly biotechnology companies - Young Innovative Companies (JEI) and law firms. -> Some missions carried out: Informing the investment decision of a Fund in a pharmaceutical company through an audit of trademark and patent portfolios. My report assessed the strengths and risks of the portfolios and led to the issuance of an offer by the Fund Egle Therapeutics: comparative analysis of its research "hits" and their market positioning through patent analysis to select the "leads", develop an effective R&D strategy and help the company orient its business Oregon Therapeutics: support in setting up a collaboration agreement with Lantern Pharma Inc. NASDAQ: LTRN, an American company offering Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to support its development. => My network as well as B2B meetings at business conventions have allowed me to develop a varied clientele.

My mission: to support the company (digital products) in monitoring its GDPR compliance, provide strategic support in the patent portfolio and structuring the partnership contract sphere. My achievements: clarifying Privacy Policies, streamlining responses to client audits, updating processing registers, harmonizing subcontracting contract versions for the group, updating procedures for exercising data subject rights and personal data breaches in conjunction with the DPO, updating governance, instilling the principle of "Privacy by design" in technical teams and ensuring, where applicable, the collection of consent.

-> My mission: to structure and manage the patent portfolio in conjunction with the IP consulting firm and the R&D team.

=> This newly created position allowed me to help the company structure its intangible assets and implement an effective and constructive approach between the different departments: Management/R&D/cross-functional functions. Thanks to my dual technical and legal expertise, I obtained the grant of patents and strengthened the portfolio by filing 2 new patent families.
