With over 15 years of experience in consulting for HR, managerial, organizational, and cultural transformations, I founded EUVOLIA to support companies and institutions in creating healthier, more human, and more effective work environments.

A graduate of EM Lyon, with a background in philosophy and a degree in psychology, and a certified coach, I employ a strategic, ethical, and deeply human approach. My career has led me to work in various sectors (healthcare, finance, energy, luxury, public service, etc.), using methods that combine diagnosis, change management, training, coaching, co-development, and psychosocial risk (PSR) prevention.

I am also certified in PSSM, DISC / Driving Forces (ICF), NLP, and as a hypnosis practitioner (A.R.C.H.E), and trained in design thinking (NUMA). I work with senior executives, managers, HR teams, and employees.

Today, I am also developing hybrid expertise in AI and technology, with a dual ambition:

1. Create innovative solutions, such as ZenOffice, an AI and sensor-based application (wearables, Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.) for burnout prevention;

2. Offer an ethical and responsible vision of AI applied to management, Quality of Life at Work (QVCT), and human resources, with a new range of consulting, training, and awareness services.

I position myself as a committed agent of transformation, at the interface between humans and technology, between strategic vision and concrete action, to support organizations in their current and future challenges.
