As an advanced practice nurse student, I have developed in-depth clinical expertise in patient management, particularly in complex situations. I participated in the comprehensive assessment of patients, the analysis of their care pathways, and the implementation of adapted management plans, in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

I strengthened my skills in clinical reasoning, care coordination, and prevention, while also engaging in practice improvement and research projects. This training has enabled me to adopt a clinical leadership approach, aimed at optimizing the quality, safety, and relevance of care.

As a nurse in a long-term care facility (USLD), I provided comprehensive care for dependent elderly patients with multiple pathologies. I performed technical and relational care, regularly assessed clinical status, and participated in the development of individualized care plans.

I paid particular attention to preventing complications related to loss of autonomy (falls, malnutrition, pressure ulcers) and to supporting patients and their families, especially in palliative situations.

I worked in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and optimal quality of care, with a person-centered approach and respect for their life project.

I worked as a nurse in a nursing home (EHPAD), where I provided comprehensive care for dependent elderly residents, often with multiple pathologies. I performed technical care (administering treatments, wound care, clinical monitoring) while ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of the residents.

I actively participated in assessing their health status, preventing risks (falls, malnutrition, pressure ulcers), and managing chronic illnesses and end-of-life care. I also collaborated closely with the multidisciplinary team (doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, psychologists) to ensure coordinated and individualized care.

I maintained a trusting relationship with residents and their families, offering listening, support, and information. Finally, I contributed to the organization of the unit, the traceability of care, and the supervision of students and new professionals.
