Performance monitoring, dashboards, analysis and execution of add-on acquisitions / build-ups, strategic integration, stakeholder coordination, materials for executives & boards (board observer).

Vendor Due Diligence (VDD), data room organization, equity story, investor materials, and process coordination with M&A / legal / financial advisors.
