Retouching: preparation for retouching some product visuals

Graphic Design: assisting the marketing team with visual creations on L'Exception's website (homepage, newsletter, animations, etc.) as well as for print creations (paper magazine, invitations, etc...)

Involvement in setting up editorial shoots for the magazine, as well as in cross-brand projects.

- Assist the Head of the Graphic Design department in managing, designing, producing, manufacturing, and distributing all print and web graphic productions from all city departments.

- Lead projects from start to finish autonomously (briefing, working with graphic designers, managing production, managing service providers, managing distribution, managing schedules, assisting with budget management…).

- Be proactive in launching web and print graphic projects in collaboration with graphic designers and web designers to enhance the city's activities and actions.

- Be a point of contact for all city departments to capture their requests and support them in their productions.

- Work in a multi-project environment.

- Digital monitoring of graphic trends.
