Former Director General of Services for 13 years, I have managed all public policies of a local authority from within: energy, waste, mobility, housing, urban planning, economic development. I know exactly what elected officials, technical services, and financial departments experience — and that's what makes the difference when I intervene on a mission.

As one of the pioneers of Smart City in France, I led the deployment of smart city solutions in the public sector from the very beginning: connected public lighting, IoT sensors, urban management platforms, smart mobility. An era when these projects had neither a framework nor a user manual — and when it was necessary to convince as much as to execute.

Today, I founded I3E and developed KURSOR, a SaaS energy optimization platform for public buyers.
